Hello!  I'm Marie, the founder, and CEO of Balmy Wellness company.  In 2019 I became pregnant with my daughter, and a dear friend gifted me a belly balm.  I used it well before I had a bump, as it was a lovely way to connect with my pregnancy.  After having my daughter, I started dabbling with skincare products.  It was a way to 'differentiate' morning from night during a time when a schedule simply didn't exist.  It began with just a product here and there, and quickly became my beloved ritual.  It was the simplest, accessible way for me to incorporate self-care into this new world of parenthood.  Living through a pandemic, navigating becoming a new parent, having 2 kids 1.5 years apart was a feat to say the least.  Like many, the hardships of Covid took its toll, and I could feel my mental health deteriorating.  This is where the vision of Balmy was born.  This brand is focused on the feel-good aspect of skincare, and encourages people to take a pause in their busy schedules to meditate, practice mindfulness and self care.  We select the finest ingredients specific to each product.  We are passionate about community wellness, and thus a percentage of profits from our face masks will be donated to local non-profit organizations who support mental health initiatives.  I look forward to including you in my journey, and hope you enjoy our products.  Learn more about what we offer on our Shop page!
